Plan a Visit to Monastic Trails
Neil and Elaine Leitch, family of Grace Church, are excited to offer you and your family a free opportunity to get out of the house during this season of social distancing to spend time together or get alone in nature, feel safe and walk Monastic Trails.
Monastic Trails is about 20 secluded acres in the heart of the City of Lynchburg with almost a mile of trails, some following a quiet stream that flows into Blackwater Creek. This is a place to retreat and reflect upon the person of Jesus and renew your soul for enjoying the kingdom that He has given us. It’s also a safe place to spend time together with your family, take a hike or have a picnic. During this season, to help minimize contact with others, the Leitchs opened their property only for those who schedule in advance to come. By reserving a spot, you can know you will be the only people on the trails in 2-hour intervals.
To schedule a time to visit, call or text Elaine Leitch at 434-426-2216.
The worship ministry of Grace has created a couple worship albums and live mixes of newer songs available here. Whether you’re just missing the music of Grace, miss how much we used to sing each weekend or want music for home, personal or family worship, use these to help.
