Todd originally hails from Central-Pennsylvania but lives by the slogan “northern by birth, southern by choice!”
He was a Poli-Sci and Pre-law major in community college before transferring to Liberty University where he studied Business Administration. Todd fell in love with Lynchburg because of his times at LU, and when an employment opportunity with LU came in late-2003, relocating here was an easy choice.
Todd’s corporate career began in 1989 as an audit-clerk for the Rite Aid drug company and led him on a diverse path over the next 27 years. Most of that time was spent in IT leadership with the PA Supreme Court, Liberty, Harris Corporation, and Genworth, with the latter years focusing on Project Management, Quality Assurance, and Continuous Improvement/Six Sigma. He’s currently completing his Six Sigma Green Belt certification. Remodeling and construction have also always been a huge part of his life and career, having remodeled several homes and managed IT construction teams and projects for a few companies.
He’s been active in ministry since the early nineties having served as worship leader, choir member, and youth leader in previous churches. Helping people is his passion. Todd is a certified Christian financial counselor through Crown Ministries and recently became a certified facilitator of the Prepare-Enrich relationship program.
Todd is a single dad who began attending Grace back in 2015 with his daughter, Olivia. He was eager to follow the Lord’s leading to put his previous experience, skills, and his heart for ministry to work here at Grace when the position of Facility Manager came available in August 2016. With his daughter now off to college, Todd is adjusting to an empty-nest and enjoys most any outdoor activities from horses to hiking. The Peaks of Otter and SML are frequent weekend escapes for solitude and reflection.
