Resurrection Sunday is a big deal here at Grace Church. It is a day of celebrating who our God is and giving Him worship for all He’s done. We do this through song, teaching, and the “tradition” of Flowering the Cross. If you haven’t been a part of this before, you are in for something very special.
To help you prepare for this day, Neil and Elaine Leitch are offering the Trail they developed on their property, the “Monastic Trails,” as a place where you can find solitude and journey through the gospel account of Jesus’ crucifixion. The time is created to help you slow down, move at your own pace, and find moments to be grateful for what Jesus has done for us.
If you’d like to go, pick one of the dates and times below and go to the address above. When you arrive, we will provide a guide to help you read scripture, meditate and pray through Jesus’ life on the trail. This is designed for you to do at your own pace and at your own time. No need to reserve a spot. Simply pick a time and come.
Here are the days and times the trail will be open:
Thursday (March 29): anytime between 3-7pm
Friday (March 30): anytime between 3-5pm (Seder Meal starts at 6pm)
Saturday (March 31): anytime between 12noon-5pm (Kingdom Kids Scavenger Hunt happening from 9am-12noon)
