Missions
“and all peoples on earth will be blessed through you”
(Gen. 12:3)
Central Asia
As we look at Scripture, it is clear that God blesses His people so that they will be a blessing to others. Given the frequency of the mention of the nations in both the Old and New Testament, it is apparent that the living God is a missionary God. God desires all nations to come to the knowledge of Him. Missions should be central to what a church does. Therefore, we see a very important part of our purpose as a body is to release resources (what we have been blessed with) to reach the unreached peoples of the world with the message of Jesus Christ. We have chosen to focus our contribution to the great commission in Central Asia, where we are working to see an indigenous church birthed among the unreached there.
Short – Term Opportunities
The best way for you to see how God is working through Grace in Central Asia is to go on a short-term trip, a delegation. We have many delegations each year where you can participate in one of the following areas:
- Teach English at a summer camp or school
- Provide Medical assistance to orphans
- Develop relationships with college students
- Help develop small business plans for local individuals
- Stay in an orphanage and work with children
- Help develop agricultural plans
If you are interested in any of these areas please fill out an application or contact Warren Stewart.
Serving Central Asia from Home
Even if you can not make a trip to Central Asia, there are many ways you can get involved here. We need help in the following areas:
- Editing video presentations
- Photo editing
- Mobilizing Prayer support
- Communication / correspondence
- Serving those who go
Other Missions Opportunities
Although we, as a body, have chosen to focus our efforts on Central Asia, it is not the only place we are invested. We support families who serve from Mexico to Indonesia. Our Missionary Blogs are web pages where you can keep up with all of our families out on the field.
